The Whistleblowers Awards Gala, held on the evening of Wednesday, 23 October 2024, at the Maslow Hotel Time Square in Menlyn, Pretoria, brought together distinguished guests, high-profile leaders, and advocates for transparency and accountability. This celebrated event recognised individuals and organisations that have shown extraordinary courage, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to justice.
The keynote address was delivered by Justice Mahube Molemela, President of the Supreme Court of Appeal, whose profound insights highlighted the indispensable role whistleblowers play in defending democracy.
